Saudi Industrial Development Fund – Khafalah program:

The Saudi Industrial Development Fund assumes an active role in the fulfillment of the objectives and policies of the programs for industrialization of Saudi Arabia. Such a role is carried out through provision of financial assistance in form of short-term loans to industrial investment along with technical, administrative, financial and marketing advices to borrower enterprises. The specialized advice rendered positively contributes to improvement of projects' performance and assists them in overcoming the problems they encounter.

The Fund also presents Khafalah program which was found to fund the small and medium enterprises (SME). The program is to cover part of the bank risks in case of borrower failure in payment of all or part of the bank finance. This is to encourage banks in financing the SME that have good potentials to succeed but they can’t present the required guarantee or financial records that prove their eligibility. The program was founded in participation with the Ministry of finance and 10 Saudi banks. There is no determined loan value and all the conditions and the necessary documents are available on the Fund's website.

The Bank is considered to be one of the cornerstones of the government of Saudi Arabia. It provides loans to citizens, to enable them to contribute to the construction of this generous country. The bank provides interest-free loans for small enterprises, employers, and emerging trades to encourage them to run their own businesses independently. It also provides interest-free Social Loans to citizens with limited incomes, in order to help them overcome their financial difficulties. In addition to play a coordinating role for the MSME sector. And finally, the bank encourages savings for individuals and institutions in the Kingdom, and to find the appropriate tools to achieve this goal.
The Bank has 26 branches in different regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to deliver services efficiently to its citizens. The Bank is located in the following cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Ahsa, Madinah, Khamis Mushayt, Buraidah, Makkah, Taif, Tabuk, Hail, Jawf, Jizan, Wadi Aldawaser, Kharj, Baha, Najran, Qunfudah, Bisha, Majmaa, Dawadmi, Gurayat, Hafr al-Batin, Al-Namas, Arar and Yanbu.
The Bank provides interest- free loans for social purposes like marriage, family support and renovation, in addition to vocational loans for small enterprises, and owning taxis. These loans are offered without putting financial burdens on the borrower –bank interest- to get the loan, only against facilitated guarantees.

The Centennial Fund:

The Centennial Fund is a non-profit governmental organization supports small projects and presents the following services:

1- Whole or partial project finance, guiding services and facilitate different governmental procedures.

2-  Free-interest loans from 50,000SR to 200,000SR for the projects owners that to be repaid under certain conditions.

The Fund has also established (The Creators Fund), which received support of SR 80 million from SABIC Company, and SR 70 million from the National Bank. It aims to support a certain category of higher-level projects, notably the petrochemical and mining industries, under the direction and supervision of the Centennial Fund. Abdul Latif Jameel Community Services Programs (ALJCSP):

One of the Abdul latif jameel programs for community services that targets the Saudi young women and men who are serious in their self development, have the ambition to start their own small business and at same time lack the required supportive resources to start with as well as managerial support to start their projects.
The project fund is in the range of 100,000SR. In addition, assistance of choosing the qualified labors in accordance to recognized standards and tests. Follow up and supervision on the performance level of the labors continue during the first year of the project.

The Objective of this fund is to provide funding for some productive projects of a commercial nature and because of the great importance of such projects for the development of national economy. In addition, to provide the essential requirements to start up the projects that the private sector cannot establish alone. Because of either lack of experience, lack of capital or both. 
Fund functions:
The Fund is specialized in financing the investment in projects which are of commercial nature that belong to government, the related industrial lending establishments or public establishments. Whether these projects are executed independently or through partnership with the managerial divisions of private establishments, the fund is carried out through loans or warranty. In some special cases, funding will be through the allocation of the amounts required for a certain project. In addition, the fund takes part in the capital of many national companies as per the council of ministers decree No. 508 dated 2/4/1392H. The fund also contributes in many Arabic, international and bilateral companies.

Abdullah Hamad Al Zamil Program for the Support of Small Projects:

This program aims to create job opportunities for Saudi youth by supporting the young men and women who have the genuine desire to start their own small business. This is achieved by providing them with interest-free loans with easy pay back installments. Consultancy, management and technical guidance is also provided to implement their projects.

Real Estate development fund

Real Estate Development Fund was established by Royal Decree No. (23) Dated 11/6/1394H. Fund began its activities in providing loans to citizens to help them in building houses for them and for the purpose of investment from the beginning of the financial year 1395/1396H, with a capital of (250,000,000SR) two hundred and fifty million SR and then was doubled till it reached (82,769,000,000) eighty-two billion seven hundred and nine and sixty million SR.
