are the feasibility studies you prepare certified and accepted at the governmental funding agencies and banks as well?
some finance companies require certified study and some don't. it is sufficient for those companies that the study is prepared in a professional way. however, for customers who ask for certification to fulfill the conditions of some companies, we do it! it is just cost more. Therefore, if certification is not a condition, it is more economical not to certify the study. Though, if certification is required in the future, we stipulate to certify the study and then our customer pays the cost difference

where does the training on operation and production take place?
the Training on the operation and production takes place in the customer project site anywhere in the Kingdom.

what is the warranty period?
Usually the warranty period is for one year against the manufacturing defects starting from the receipt of the production line.

What about after warranty service, Will you continue your support in case of need for maintenance or repair?
In case of need for maintenance or repair, we send a specialized engineer whose transportation and full accommodation cost is fully carried by your side. Service fee is agreed upon after preview of the problem/request.

Do you supply the spare parts? Are they available locally?
Many spare parts are available locally and for those that are not available, we provide them upon request on the customer expenses within 1 – 2 weeks according to the spare part size and price

After communication with a Chinese company, I got all the required information and what I need is only your import service
There is no problem to play the mediation role and we get for this service 10% of the total invoice value in return

I have an idea about industrial project. I need a complete information regarding the production line.
We search for interested companies, correspond with and get all the required information supported with pictures as well. Then we provide you with all that information in both English and Arabic at a fee agreed upon.

I got a quotation from your company but at the same time another company offered me lower prices
It’s well known that in China one can get the best and the worst of the industry. Concerning our company, our work requires after sales follow up with the customer. Therefore, we are keen that the production line is robust and durable in order to avoid embarrassment with customers and wasting the time in maintenance of the machines for their defects and we disregard for the machines which are not practical and have low quality.

We would like to import through you without training on operation whereas we have our specialized engineer
This will be our pleasure since the training on operation service is only a service offered to our valued customers in order to eliminate any fear or dread because of lack of previous knowledge of operation and production processes

After preview the contract terms to complete purchasing process, one of the terms is to pay 50% when sign the contract and 50% prior the shipping why it is not upon delivery?
We comply with the Chinese company terms. it requires 50% down payment in advance and 50% prior to shipping and that is what we are committed to. Logically it is not possible for the company to ship the machines without receiving their cost. So, we request from our customers to pay in such a way to transfer the machines prices prior to shipping from the country of origin.

Do you have sufficient experience to operate all the machines and production lines that you have or asked to get?
We have experience in operating and give training for most of the machines and production lines. However, some lines are difficult to us especially the big ones or those that need special programming or have specific technology. In such cases, we arrange with the mother manufacturing company’s engineer to attend for installation and training and transfer the required experience under our direct supervision

We are in a distant city from the location of your establishment. we have asked for your visit to inquire about some of the projects but you have informed that we will get the information either via email or phone. Why is this procedure?
Some of our customers have extra enthusiasm that they ask to attend and get the information personally even if it incurred travel, suffering and hardship. this is happening with us while it is possible to get all the information and details via email which takes only a few minutes! . We welcome all client after obtaining all the information to visit us to sign contracts to save time and effort for both parties.

Do you provide sources of raw materials required for all the projects you offer?
We strive to provide information about sources of raw materials to supports us in selling our machines. However, it is not a must to provide them because of the difficulty in obtaining some of those materials and most often our customers already have their own resources.

I was impressed by most of the projects available at your company but I lack experience to choose. so, what is your advice?
We can help with some ideas and suggestions that suit the customer’s thought, direction and geographical location and determination of the capital assigned to the project.

is it possible to travel myself to choose and preview the production line and then pay?
Yes, we can serve you in this. we request an invitation letter with your name from the company you wish to visit to get a visa. Additionally, arrange an appointment before you travel to meet with the company as well as with other companies to get more than one offer. Afterwards, preview then complete the deal and pay yourself.

What are the requirements to be your agent in our country?
Prior to the approval of being our agent and representative in your country, there are some conditions that must be met. Kindly download the “agent conditions” from “our agents” page and check the required conditions which we hope they will possess your satisfaction.

How does the coordination of shipping from China to the agent’s country occur?
Usually the shipping is from the various ports of China to the port of Dammam where we located. In case the client wants to change the course of the shipment to another port, for example Jeddah port or outside the kingdom, the customer pays the difference and pledges to finalize all customs procedures himself.

Among your “agent conditions” outside the kingdom is to have a specialized mechanical engineer. Should he be a full-time employee in our company?
It does not require to have a fixed function engineer unless it has been proven it to be required for a full-time engineer to meet the continuous market need for training on operation.

Are the machines available at your side?
We provide and store in our warehouse some of the machines that are highly demanded. However, our policy is to prepare the machine in China after agreement with customer and signing the contracts.
